on the horizon: creating a contextual refuge on the shifting Louisiana coast

Tulane School of Architecture thesis research and design proposal by Elizabeth Kovacevic, advised by Graham Owen. This thesis looks at the potential of urging people who will be affected by climate change and rising sea level to move. Using existing infrastructure and creating new resources, communities can stay intact and become resilient. This thesis was chosen as one of the eight projects to be on display at the Ogden Museum of Southern Art.
